At Sweetcherry Lingerie, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer refunds under certain conditions.

Hygiene Matters: For the well-being and hygiene of our customers, we cannot accept returns of lingerie, accessories like garters and harnesses, sleeping masks, face masks, adult toys, slippers, sunglasses, oils, cosmetics, and similar products. However, if you receive a defective item, please provide photographic evidence, and we'll arrange for its return. We'll send you a prepaid label, and as soon as we receive the defective item, we'll process your refund.

Exceptions for Clothing: In the case of clothing items such as pajamas and nightdresses, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for clothing returns, the client is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
